How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
